PermitTrax Users Conference

The annual PermitTrax Users Conference brings together permit technicians, building officials, code enforcement officers, and other Bitco clients looking to leverage the potential of PermitTrax for your agency's needs. Showcasing the many features and functions of PermitTrax, PermitTrax Mobile, and Citizens Connect our clients have come to know and love. Network with other agencies to discover their trips and tricks to using PermitTrax to impact their communities for the better.

    • Join us to discuss the successes and challenges of implementing Version 7. We value your input on the future direction of Version 7 now that it's complete.​

    • Learn effective strategies for managing parcels, addresses, and licensed professionals within PermitTrax. Understand the importance of proper data management and its integration with permits in the system.​

    • Learn how to navigate and improve communication during the review process using PermitTrax.

    • An introductory class for new users covering the basics of PermitTrax, including console functions, check notifications, and user options.​

  • 10:15 am - 12:00 pm - Inspections and PermitTrax Mobile

    • Get a comprehensive overview of inspection assignments and learn how to effectively use the PermitTrax mobile app, including setting up connections, signing off on inspections, and scripting inspections.​

  • 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - LUNCH

  • 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm - Connect with the Public with Citizens Connect

    • Discover the benefits of Citizens Connect and how it can enhance communication between citizens and staff, particularly for public records requests.​

  • 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm - BREAK

  • 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Online Permits and Applications

    • Learn the process of creating customized online applications in PermitTrax, including controlling citizen visibility and simplifying user experience through console segmentation (i.e. plumbing, mechanical, and fence).​
